Weekend Registered Nurse – Senior Living Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide weekend home‑visit care for adult and geriatric clients in Montgomery County. The schedule runs Friday through Sunday and requires home health experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client assessments, education, and condition monitoring while following designated care plans.
• Make home visits, administer medication, provide wound care, and document all interventions using a tablet‑based EMR system.
• Report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager and coordinate case management activities.

Required profile

• Current PA RN license with at least one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong computer skills for documentation and communication.
