About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for compassionate individuals to provide in‑home support to clients on weekends. The position offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules with assignments close to Middlebury and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support activities of daily living, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and medication reminders.
- Help with range‑of‑motion exercises and offer companionship.
- Transport clients to local appointments and run errands as needed.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old, reliable, and compassionate.
- Ability to travel to client homes in the assigned area.
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
