Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide weekend home care in Frederick, Middletown, and Thurmont, Maryland. You will support clients in maintaining independence while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Provide mobility support, including ambulation and transfers.
• Monitor health indicators like temperature, pulse, respiration, and assist with range‑of‑motion exercises.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed‑making.
• Help clients with daily medication administration.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of professional healthcare experience.
• Certificate confirming at least 75 hours of CNA training.
• Current, active CNA license in good standing with the state board.
• Availability to work weekend shifts.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused attitude.
