Weekend Admissions RN – Home Health Visits

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a compassionate Full‑Time Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse to provide home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Northeast Ohio. The weekend schedule runs Thursday‑Sunday or Friday‑Monday.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct home visits in assigned geographic territories, following each patient’s care plan.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered.
• Monitor client conditions, document observations, and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers.
• Complete client assessments, case management, and coordination of care.

Required profile

• Current Ohio RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet for documentation.
