Warehouse Team Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Team Lead (2nd Shift) acts as the bridge between associates and management in a high‑volume Bosch Power Tools distribution center. You will drive engagement, safety, and continuous improvement across inbound, internal processing, and outbound operations while ensuring compliance with Bosch standards and local policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) checks for assigned work and coach hourly associates during the shift.
• Track process deviations and KPI results; update Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) boards daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Use KPI data, reaction limits, and eLPC findings to resolve issues with Quality and Bosch Production System (BPS) problem‑solving tools.
• Audit 5S activities to keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance; promptly escalate any variances.
• Lead daily operations in the Supervisor’s absence and act as a proxy in next‑tier meetings.
• Support the Q‑Matrix by checking and updating training records as needed.
