Inventory Cycle Counter – 1st Shift

About the role

The Cycle Counter ensures inventory accuracy in Bosch Power Tools' West Memphis distribution center by performing scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and updating system records.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned and ad‑hoc cycle counts and audits in designated warehouse zones.
• Count tools and accessories, reconciling physical stock with perpetual balances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies, adjusting records in DLX and SAP.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as man‑up lifts, turret trucks, and forklifts to access inventory locations.
• Identify root causes of variances and perform necessary WMS/SAP movements.
• Prepare inventory transfer documentation and enter data accurately into Excel.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating man‑up lifts, cherry pickers, forklifts, and turret trucks.
• Prior experience in inventory management or cycle counting preferred.
• Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Familiarity with RF units and WMS/SAP systems.
