DSP Team Lead (1st Shift)

About the role

Lead the DSP production lines on the first shift, ensuring efficient setup, safe operation, and continuous improvement using Bosch Production System tools. You will coach team members, manage work assignments, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate work across DSP lines and SIA processing, set up lines for production, and ensure compliance with processes and workplace instructions.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues, monitor 6S compliance, conduct line audits, and maintain supermarket locations.
• Track attendance, productivity, and accuracy; conduct performance evaluations and support PIT inspections and TPM activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of WCS and JDA systems and experience with lean manufacturing principles such as Bosch Production System.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations with demonstrated leadership or team‑lead experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email applications.
• Experience using WCS and JDA systems.
• Ability to conduct PIT inspections and TPM activities.
