Warehouse Loadout Associate

About the role

Misfits Market is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Loadout Associate to prepare and load outgoing grocery shipments for last‑mile delivery. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring each truck is packed efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Load grocery products onto delivery trucks according to schedules and routes, maximizing space utilization.
• Secure loads and unload returned items from trailers.
• Clean, organize, and palletize materials for production.
• Sort and process recyclable items.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work area.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a physical role.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and lift moderate weights.
