Warehouse Inbound & Returns Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Inbound & Returns Supervisor to lead our morning‑shift team. You will oversee both receiving and high‑volume returns processing, ensuring timely handling of shipments for top active‑lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5–7 receiving associates and about 10 returns processing team members.
• Ensure inbound shipments are unloaded, checked, and put away quickly according to strict deadlines.
• Manage returns sorting, decide on damaged items, and repack usable products for future orders.
• Plan daily labor needs based on shipment loads and coordinate with internal client service teams.
• Train, coach, and cross‑train staff to build a multi‑skilled team.
• Promote a safety‑first culture, identifying hazards and enforcing warehouse safety compliance.

Required profile

• 3+ years leading logistics teams in receiving, inbound, or returns processing.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Logistics or Supply Chain a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk on concrete floors, lift up to 50 lb, and climb ladders or stairs.
• Strong verbal communication; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Required skills

• Daily use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
