Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will manage material flow in a GMP‑regulated warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods. This position supports the broader mission of Bionova Scientific LLC, a fast‑growing biologics CDMO.

Key responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols for all warehouse activities.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming deliveries and label materials for proper storage.
• Process material requests, work orders, and perform cycle counts.
• Pack and ship outbound orders, operating trucks and material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, and communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or material‑handling environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lb independently.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and flexibility with work hours.

Required skills

• Forklift and pallet‑jack operation.
• ERP data entry and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
