Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator supports the St. Rose, LA branch of Siemens, handling all shipping and receiving activities and maintaining the warehouse environment. Reporting to the regional logistics manager, you act as the primary liaison between the warehouse and branch personnel to ensure timely delivery of products to job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory or job stock, and pick items for outbound shipments.
• Process all transactions in SAP, create shipping documents using carrier software, and manage goods returns.
• Support service‑van parts replenishment, maintain accurate inventory levels, and participate in periodic inventory counts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project and service demand, retaining necessary documentation for proof of delivery.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, enforce safety standards, and follow Siemens policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or state‑recognized GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse, material handling, or logistics role.
• Proven ability to work independently and provide responsive customer service.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as project managers and service technicians.
