Warehouse Clerk (2nd Shift)

About the role

Join Bosch Power Tools' high‑volume warehouse in West Memphis as a 2nd‑shift Warehouse Clerk. You will support safe, compliant, and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory processes while working closely with carriers, planners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely movement of goods.
• Verify receiving and shipping documentation, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in business systems.
• Monitor dispatch activity, confirm carrier schedules, and track delivery status.
• Process customer and carrier returns, debit/credit memos, and damaged‑goods documentation.
• Handle dangerous goods and lithium‑ion battery shipments in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with quality alerts, workplace instructions, and supplier/customer investigations.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and reports.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with strong focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently on a 2nd‑shift schedule.
• Basic math and documentation skills.

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry into warehouse systems.
