About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to join Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in San Jose. In this role you will support front‑line customer service, order fulfillment, and delivery operations for our fluid control product line.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the “Will‑Call” counter, enter orders, answer questions and sell parts with friendly service.
  • Pick, pack and ship orders accurately and cost‑effectively.
  • Organize inventory and maintain location data in the computer system.
  • Drive a company‑owned truck to deliver orders to customers.
  • Load and unload truck deliveries.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in warehousing, business or physical distribution.
  • Driving or delivery experience with a clean driver’s license.
  • Excellent customer‑service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of personnel.
  • Reliable communication and professional demeanor.
