Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join a permanent, full‑time team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse aisles, and supporting the recycling process across multiple facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep the area around all gondolas free of debris, dust, and trash.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of trash‑container zones and high‑traffic walkways.
• Maintain order in drill/packer/compactor sections and perform additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching above and below waist level.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret workplace documents and safety standards.
