Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join our full‑time, permanent team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe work areas while supporting our clients' recycling needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport full corrugated cardboard gondolas to packers or compactors in designated warehouse areas (training provided).
• Keep all gondola surroundings free of debris and trash.
• Dust, sweep, and mop around trash‑container zones to maintain clear transit pathways.
• Maintain clean and organized drill/packer/compactor areas.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move loads up to 75 lb.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and transporting items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching above head level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret safety and operational documents.

What we offer

• Starting pay of $17.00 per hour.
