About the role
Transform9 is building AI‑driven agents that handle every patient call for physician practices, eliminating hold times and missed revenue. As VP of Sales you will own revenue growth, turning strong product demand into a scalable enterprise sales engine.
Key responsibilities
- Own the new ARR target and define the strategy to achieve it.
- Build the sales organization from the ground up, hiring the founding AE team and SDR manager.
- Define market segmentation, territories, and compensation plans.
- Coach enterprise deals personally and maintain rigorous forecast discipline to the board.
- Partner with marketing on pipeline generation and with client success on land‑and‑expand initiatives.
- Represent Transform9 with key prospects and at industry events such as MGMA, HIMSS, and specialty conferences.
Required profile
- 10+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years leading B2B SaaS sales organizations.
- Proven track record building sales teams from early‑stage (0→1 or 1→10).
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
- Player‑coach mindset who enjoys being actively involved in deals.
- Experience selling into healthcare providers and/or AI/automation products is a plus.
