As a VP, Management Director at a leading healthcare marketing agency, you will drive client success through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and strong mentorship. You will champion organizational change while maintaining deep client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple brands and accounts, building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
• Develop deep understanding of client categories, medical and strategic aspects, and present insights effectively.
• Guide internal teams through project plans, multichannel production, and new media opportunities.
• Make informed decisions on budgets, scopes, and projects, leveraging the broader agency network.
• Motivate, develop, and mentor high‑performing teams, setting performance goals and ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as a strategic point of contact, applying core marketing principles to creative briefs, brand plans, and revenue forecasts.
• Champion change management, innovation, ethics, and fiscal responsibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 10+ years in healthcare and pharma advertising/marketing.
• Proven leadership experience managing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to drive innovative growth opportunities.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy for navigating complex client and team dynamics.
