VP Implementation Services

About the role

zero-hash is creating a dedicated Implementation Services function and seeks a senior leader to build and scale it. Reporting to the CRO, you will own the most strategic customer implementations while designing global processes, tooling, and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on project management for complex customer projects across banks, brokerages, exchanges, fintechs, PSPs, and marketplaces.
• Design and launch a dedicated Implementation Services team, including systems, processes, methodology, and hiring plan.
• Define and track metrics such as time‑to‑launch, implementation cost, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Sales to align roadmaps and manage expectations.
• Establish tiered engagement models and repeatable tooling to support rapid partner growth.
• Own budget, resourcing, and reporting for the function, acting as an executive escalation point.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record building and scaling an implementation or professional services function globally.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Experience in high‑growth, fast‑scaling environments.

Required skills

• PMP or PgMP certification (or equivalent).
• Deep knowledge of regulated financial institution onboarding, compliance, security, and risk.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tooling.
