VP - Head of Liquidity & Exchange Services

About the role

zerohash is seeking a Vice President to lead its digital‑asset liquidity and exchange services. The role oversees the firm’s Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) and Request‑for‑Quote (RFQ) trading systems, shaping strategy and operations across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement liquidity strategies for both CLOB and RFQ platforms, identifying key trading pairs and incentive structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑volume market makers and liquidity partners, negotiating terms and ensuring active contribution.
• Lead operational setup and continuous enhancements of global liquidity strategy, including settlement optimization across venues and jurisdictions.
• Manage end‑to‑end OTC trading operations where applicable.
• Develop and nurture relationships with leading stablecoin issuers and grow markets for zerohash‑issued stablecoins or tokenized assets.
• Oversee the full catalogue of assets listed for liquidity, coordinating listing processes with Legal, Compliance, Product, Finance and Operations teams.
• Continuously monitor market depth, order‑book quality, LP uptime, asset support and trading volume, producing internal and external reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital‑asset liquidity, exchange services or related finance operations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Settlement & Trading Operations, Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.
• Located within a one‑hour driving radius of zerohash’s Chicago, New York or UK/Amsterdam hubs.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
