VP Expert Services

About the role

As VP Expert Services you will own the strategy, leadership and commercial transformation of Market Logic’s global Expert Services function, driving revenue, margin and customer adoption of the AI‑powered platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive commercial impact by owning bookings, consulting revenue, gross margin, utilization and attach rates.
• Partner with Customer Success to run targeted value programs that prevent contraction and maximize upsell opportunities.
• Build and mentor a high‑performance global consulting team across North America and EMEA.
• Embed Expert Services into top‑tier account plans to support enterprise value realization and multi‑year transformation programs.
• Create scalable service portfolios, standardized pricing models and repeatable AI‑transformation programs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership of revenue‑generating professional services or consulting organizations in enterprise SaaS environments (ideally $50M+ ARR).
• Track record of monetizing advisory services, building scalable consulting portfolios and using services to accelerate renewals and expansion.
• Executive presence with enterprise buyers and experience selling multi‑stakeholder transformation programs.
• Ability to partner seamlessly with Customer Success, Sales and Product leaders to align post‑sales motions with ARR growth.

• Deep understanding of AI‑driven transformation and SaaS business models.
