Voice of Customer & Customer Insights Intern

About the role

The Voice of Customer & Customer Insights Intern will support Voice of Customer programs by gathering, analyzing, and translating customer feedback into actionable business insights. This 10‑week, on‑site internship provides hands‑on experience in survey research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with surveys, feedback channels, and listening activities to capture customer sentiment.
• Organize and categorize feedback, identify recurring themes, and surface high‑impact pain points.
• Analyze CSAT, VoC, and qualitative data to uncover satisfaction drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Develop trend summaries, reports, and leadership‑ready presentations that link insights to business impact.
• Support survey‑improvement initiatives, including creation, testing, QA, and documentation.
• Track improvement actions, maintain logs, and monitor progress across stakeholder groups.
• Explore automation, AI‑assisted analysis, and reporting enhancements for the VoC process.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student expected to graduate May 2028, studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related fields.
• Academic projects, volunteer work, or experience in customer experience, survey research, data analysis, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to review quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for summarizing findings.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines while collaborating across functions.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear visuals.
• Familiarity with survey or reporting tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, SurveyMonkey, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred but not required).
