Associate Business Consultant, Customer Communications

About the role

The Associate Business Consultant will lead complex communication and change initiatives for LexisNexis Risk Solutions' Customer Communications Center of Excellence. You will design AI‑enabled, multi‑channel programs that are compliant, customer‑focused, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent communication projects, applying project‑management best practices and tracking effort with tools.
• Plan and deliver multi‑channel communications for change events, tailoring strategies to stakeholder audiences and optimizing timing.
• Orchestrate AI‑enabled customer journeys across touchpoints and ensure consistency across cross‑functional teams.
• Develop communication assets, enforce governance standards, and ensure compliance with quality, data‑privacy and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Equivalent professional experience or relevant education.
• Proven experience in project or program management of complex initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to communications or project workflows.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools (e.g., AdaptiveWork) and Microsoft Office.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and/or PMI certification.
• AI‑generated insights, prompt development and quality review of AI outputs.
