Visual & AI Designer

About the role

Critical Mass is seeking a versatile Visual & AI Designer to create high‑quality digital and visual assets across a range of creative projects. The role blends strong design fundamentals with a passion for emerging AI tools and collaborative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt digital and visual design assets that meet brand standards and project objectives.
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, typography, and imagery using Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Explore and integrate AI‑powered tools, including generative platforms like Midjourney, into the creative process.
• Write and refine prompts for generative AI tools to support ideation and production.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, creative directors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain organized design files in Figma and ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic, digital, or visual design.
• Strong foundation in composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and high visual quality standards.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
• Midjourney or similar generative AI platforms
