Mid-Level UX & CX Researcher

About the role

The Mid-Level UX & CX Researcher joins Hard Rock Digital’s growing Research and Insights function, helping the business understand how players experience our digital products. Reporting to the Senior Research Manager and partnering with Product, Design, Marketing and the wider Insights team, you will deliver qualitative and quantitative research projects that turn player evidence into actionable insight.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business questions into actionable UX/CX research plans, scope, prioritize and deliver projects on time.
• Design and execute end‑to‑end qualitative and quantitative studies, including usability testing, journey mapping, concept and prototype testing, and CX measurement.
• Recruit participants, including hard‑to‑reach segments such as VIP players and state‑specific users.
• Track and report CX metrics (NPS, SUS, satisfaction, ease of use) and contribute to dashboards and insight summaries.
• Facilitate in‑person and remote workshops to align stakeholders on findings and next steps.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in UX or CX research, preferably in digital products, gambling, gaming or a comparable consumer sector.
• Hands‑on experience with both qualitative and quantitative methods and a collaborative, organised work style.
• Ability to communicate research results clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and disciplined, comfortable working remotely and using video‑call tools.
