About the role
Genpact is seeking a Vice President Sales Director to drive new‑client acquisition and lead end‑to‑end pursuit processes. This senior business development executive will shape growth strategies across multiple industries, leveraging AI and digital innovation to deliver high‑impact solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deal Origination: Identify and secure new client relationships across diverse sectors.
- Market Research: Conduct deep market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Proposal Development: Partner with Business Units, Data‑Tech‑AI, and Commercial/Pricing teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and timely deal closure.
- Sales Management: Maintain accurate pipeline records, client interactions, and performance metrics; report regularly to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Based in the US, UK, or EU and willing to relocate within these regions.
- Proven experience engaging C‑suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of finance & accounting, supply chain, or financial services landscapes.
- Familiarity with technology tools, platforms, and AI concepts relevant to the industry.
