Vice President of Sales – B2B SaaS

About the role

Better Impact is seeking a Vice President of Sales to own revenue growth across its multi‑product volunteer management platform. You will shape the sales organization after a recent merger, building a unified team and playbook while driving high‑velocity, low‑ticket deals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the revenue growth strategy for the SaaS portfolio.
• Build a single sales team and playbook from two legacy organizations, establishing shared standards for selling and qualification.
• Launch an outbound new‑logo motion and a BDR function that feeds the pipeline.
• Maintain a reliable forecast in HubSpot that serves as the company’s single source of truth.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high‑velocity sales team that consistently closes a large volume of deals.
• Partner with Marketing to generate predictable pipeline and with Customer Success for seamless handoffs.

Required profile

• Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS sales organization from roughly $10M to $25M+ ARR in a high‑volume, low‑ticket environment.
• Hands‑on experience closing deals and leading from the front.
• Experience building an outbound sales motion from scratch.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑scaling, private‑equity‑backed company.

Required skills

• HubSpot fluency for forecasting and pipeline management.
