Vice President of Operations – Renewable Energy EPC

About the role

Dynamic Energy is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the execution of EPC activities for large‑scale solar, energy storage (BESS) and EV charging projects across the United States. The role translates strategic goals into on‑the‑ground delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution for solar, EV infrastructure, and battery energy storage systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project and construction teams.
• Drive operational processes, enforce execution consistency, and manage risk escalation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of EPC experience in renewable energy projects.
• 4+ years of leadership experience overseeing large‑scale construction teams.
• Proven track record in project delivery, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.

Required skills

• BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) expertise.
• EV infrastructure knowledge.
• Solar construction experience.
