Superintendent 2 – Power Delivery Projects

About the role

As a Superintendent 2 with Kiewit Power Delivery, you will lead field operations on large‑scale transmission and substation projects. Working within the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) design‑build model, you will influence engineering decisions from the earliest stages and ensure safe, on‑time, and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily field activities for multiple transmission and substation projects.
• Supervise foremen and craft professionals, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams under the ECI model to align construction with design intent.
• Manage project schedules, cost controls, and client communications to meet performance targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks, driving continuous improvement on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction crews on high‑voltage transmission or substation projects.
• Strong understanding of ECI or design‑build project delivery methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage safety programs, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
