Project Designer / Project Architect – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Project Designer / Project Architect to lead the design and execution of high‑end residential projects for our I‑Grace Project Development Group. Based in our New York office, you will work on single‑family homes, townhouses and condos, collaborating with interior designers, consultants and contractors to deliver luxury residences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through construction administration for luxury residential projects.
• Produce and coordinate contract documents, specifications and design deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, staffing and workflow in partnership with the Studio Director.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
• Support business development by presenting designs and helping secure new client relationships.
• Collaborate with junior and senior team members to maintain design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in high‑end residential architecture.
• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Experience delivering single‑family homes, townhouses or condo projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
