Vice President of Finance (US)

About the role

The Vice President of Finance will lead the financial strategy, governance, and operational performance of a multi‑business‑unit organization operating in a complex global environment. Reporting to the executive team, you will partner with business unit leaders to drive profitability, improve capital efficiency, and support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across multiple business units.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and IFRS compliance.
• Drive improvements in profitability, working capital, and return on invested capital.
• Support pricing strategy, revenue analysis, and customer profitability monitoring.
• Own quarterly strategic review processes, including forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and cost analysis.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead integration of acquired businesses, covering systems migration and financial alignment.
• Partner with leaders to standardize financial processes and enhance reporting systems.
• Oversee finance talent development and collaborate with HR on hiring and capability building.
• Champion AI and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and finance operations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience in multi‑business‑unit or multi‑P&L environments.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards (IFRS 15, IFRS 16 preferred).
• Experience with M&A integration, financial systems migration, and post‑acquisition alignment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
