Vice President, Marketing & Communications

About the role

Yuma is seeking a Vice President of Marketing & Communications to shape its brand, narrative, and market positioning within the Bittensor ecosystem and beyond. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate complex AI, crypto, and financial concepts into compelling stories that drive investor interest and ecosystem growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Yuma’s brand strategy to establish the company as a thought leader in decentralized AI.
• Craft communication plans for major milestones, announcements, and crisis events.
• Partner with the CEO, COO, CRO, and CTO to develop go‑to‑market strategies for funds, platform initiatives, and ecosystem projects.
• Translate technical mechanisms into clear value propositions for investors, builders, and institutional audiences.
• Identify and coordinate events, media partnerships, and content opportunities to maximize impact.
• Lead external engagement as a senior voice at media outlets, conferences, and community forums.
• Build and manage a lean marketing and communications function, leveraging internal and external resources.
• Define success metrics tied to brand awareness, investor engagement, and business growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership roles.
