Amazon E-Commerce Senior Manager

About the role

This senior position leads the development and execution of Philips North America’s Amazon strategy, aligning with the Personal Health Business vision. You will collaborate with regional business units, marketing, Amazon sales, and agency partners to build a 360° Amazon ecosystem that drives growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of Philips North America Amazon 360 strategic plan (paid and organic).
• Translate business briefs into activation briefs and coordinate with Integrated Agency Team, Amazon Ads, and Philips Amazon Sales.
• Oversee all Amazon content creation, including product detail pages, brand store, banner ads, and search ad copy.
• Manage media strategy execution, monitor performance against business and sales objectives, and optimize plans using data.
• Track Amazon market share, share of voice, sales and profit targets, and adjust tactics to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of CPG media management experience, including agency management.
• Proven Amazon ecosystem experience with full‑funnel media activation.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build cross‑functional relationships.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
