Senior Business Marketing Manager – Oral Healthcare

About the role

This senior position will lead the development and execution of marketing plans for Philips Oral Healthcare Brush Heads in the U.S. market, driving brand preference, replacement rate acceleration, and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead an integrated innovation and communications roadmap across new launches, commercial innovation, and ongoing base business.
• Define marketing objectives by mapping the consumer experience journey and translating insights into behavior shifts.
• Partner with R&D to shape value propositions throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Shape portfolio, pricing, and shopper/channel activation with finance and sales to ensure competitiveness and sustainable growth.
• Analyze consumer, channel, and competitor data (including Mulo+ and Profitero) to generate insights for competitive advantage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, in marketing, communications, sales, or related fields.
• Brand management or CPG experience preferred, with strong strategic planning and market research capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, analyze syndicated market share data, and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.

What we offer

• Base salary range $140,000 – $223,000 plus annual incentive, long‑term incentives and commissions.
