Vice President, B2B Marketing – Merchant & Acceptance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive growth for its merchant, acquiring, processing and public‑sector businesses. Reporting to the SVP of B2B & Product Marketing, you will translate commercial priorities into strategic marketing programs that deepen customer relationships, expand market share and increase revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute B2B marketing strategy across merchant, acquiring, processing and public‑sector segments.
• Build growth plans for priority verticals such as Travel, Fuel, Drug & Grocery, Retail and Eating Places.
• Develop partnership and co‑marketing propositions that combine Mastercard’s brand, Priceless assets, data, technology and services.
• Collaborate with Mastercard Services to create cross‑sell opportunities across acquisition, engagement, loyalty and performance marketing.
• Lead joint marketing plans with customers, aligning objectives, audiences, channels and measurement.
• Represent Mastercard in strategic planning sessions, pitches and executive presentations.
• Partner with business development and account teams throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to activation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B marketing, preferably within payments, financial services or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and influence revenue outcomes.
• Strong track record of building strategic partnerships and delivering growth in multiple merchant verticals.
• Excellent communication and executive‑presentation skills.
