Value Engineer (Remote, USA)

About the role

The Value Engineer is a strategic, customer‑facing role that builds a credible, measurable case for change and investment in TeamViewer ONE. Working with Account Directors, Solution Engineering, customers, and executive stakeholders, you will connect business priorities to quantified outcomes and clear success measures.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors and Solution Engineering to define customer initiatives, strategic priorities, challenges, and value hypotheses.
• Lead Business Value Assessments, develop transparent value models, quantify ROI, and prepare executive business‑case reviews.
• Facilitate workshops, present value hypotheses and findings to executive stakeholders, and document a customer‑accepted Value Plan.
• Align Business Value Assessment outcomes with proofs of value and ensure smooth handoff to post‑sales teams.
• Maintain value‑engineering tools, templates, benchmarks, and support sales enablement on the Business Value Framework.

Required profile

• 5+ years in enterprise software value engineering, business consulting, solution consulting, or financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead executive discovery and create credible business cases, ROI analyses, and outcome‑based recommendations.
• Strong workshop facilitation, executive presentation, written communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Finance.
