Technology Solutions Consultant, DEX Specialist

About the role

The Technology Solutions Consultant bridges Value Engineering and Customer Success, ensuring business outcomes identified during sales are turned into actionable success plans and adoption strategies for TeamViewer ONE solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Value Engineers to review Business Value Assessments and translate outcomes into measurable success plans.
• Own sales‑to‑post‑sales handoffs, documenting objectives, use cases, stakeholders, success measures and risks.
• Provide consulting on Digital Employee Experience (DEX), automation, integrations and operational maturity.
• Guide customers to maximize adoption of TeamViewer ONE capabilities and move toward proactive IT operations.

Required profile

• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and subscription‑based software solutions.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Understanding of IT operations, Digital Employee Experience, endpoint management, automation and integrations.
• Familiarity with Business Value Assessments, ROI frameworks and value realization methodologies.
