Senior Manager, Solution/Platform Architect

About the role

This senior position drives digital modernization of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics across the end‑to‑end supply chain, defining architecture and roadmaps while leading IT/OT convergence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to identify digitization opportunities and prioritize data‑capture methods aligned with KPI requirements.
• Assess network architecture options and recommend solutions based on performance, cost, security, and scalability.
• Lead implementation of future‑state digital environments across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution equipment.
• Identify and evaluate tools for data analysis, from operator guidance to advanced machine‑learning and AI recommendations.
• Establish specifications and standards to ensure consistent, efficient use of digital tools across locations.
• Maintain reliability, security, performance, and scalability of IT/OT systems and provide ongoing support and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7–10 years experience in digital manufacturing, preferably in the beverage industry.
• At least 5 years designing, implementing, and managing digital systems for manufacturing and supply‑chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT technologies, IIoT trends, and emerging digital solutions.
• Demonstrated data‑analytics and visualization expertise with ability to quickly adopt new tools.
• Advanced project‑management skills leading cross‑functional, high‑visibility initiatives.
