Solutions Engineer (Model Studio)

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical partner for Sales and Business Development on Model Studio deals. You will lead discovery calls, build demos and proofs‑of‑concept, and translate client needs into platform architectures and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and BD on technical discovery calls to assess model needs, latency, throughput, and budget.
• Design, build, and deliver customized demos and proofs‑of‑concept that showcase Model Studio capabilities.
• Translate requirements into technical solutions and pricing structures in collaboration with commercial and legal teams.
• Handle technical objections during the sales cycle, addressing performance benchmarks, model availability, and SLA questions.
• Provide post‑sale onboarding support to ensure smooth handoff to Operations and Customer Success.

Required profile

• 5–8 years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer.
• Solid working knowledge of LLM inference concepts, latency vs. throughput trade‑offs, and modern model serving architectures.
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to run live technical demos for both engineers and C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin fluency is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and regional offices as needed.

Required skills

• LLM inference concepts and latency/throughput optimization
• GPU‑based model serving and token‑based pricing models
• Modern model serving architectures (e.g., vLLM, inference frameworks)
• Familiarity with open‑source LLM ecosystems such as Hugging Face
