Helpdesk Desktop Support Analyst

About the role

Join Cerity Partners' Shared Services Technology team as an IT Support Analyst, providing frontline assistance for a premier desktop infrastructure supporting a leading financial services firm. You will work directly with users, internal teams, and external partners to resolve technical issues and contribute to special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve user support issues across Windows 10/11, Office365, VOIP, and computer setup.
• Onboard new employees on multiple platforms and manage tickets through Fresh Service.
• Monitor and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams to maximize the Cerity Partners technology platform.
• Support special projects such as M&A integration, phone system conversion, and conference room setup.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑5+ years of tier‑1 desktop support experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently with a distributed team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, adaptable to diverse technical skill levels.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and a growth‑mindset focused on continuous learning.
