Vaccine Manufacturing Automation Co‑op (Future Talent Program)

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a six‑month co‑op assignment within MSD's Manufacturing & Supply Division, focused on vaccine manufacturing automation at the West Point, PA site. You will work under vaccine automation management, supporting operational activities while complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) gowning requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Complete automation projects that support vaccine production, including upgrades and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Use computer simulation tools to test proposed changes before implementation in the manufacturing environment.
• Author new GMP documentation and update existing records.
• Interact with technology, quality, planning, and validation teams to ensure smooth daily plant operations.

Required profile

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business and Engineering, or a related field within the College of Computing and Informatics.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow GMP gowning restrictions.
