Used Car Sales Associate

About the role

Join Ricart Automotive, the nation’s largest single‑point auto mall, as a Used Car Sales Associate. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them select, test drive, and purchase pre‑owned vehicles while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls, make outbound calls, and respond to customer inquiries using trained scripts.
• Greet customers, vendors, and employees, and manage vehicle presentation, deliveries, and paperwork.
• Verify insurance, identification, and update internal systems.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, test drives, trade‑in assessments, and negotiate pricing, trade‑in values, and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales supervisor to present financial and cash options.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license meeting company motor vehicle report standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, food service, or a similar customer‑facing industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work nights, holidays, and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tablets, PCs, and smartphones.
