Store Supervisor

About the role

Shapermint is expanding its retail footprint and seeks a Store Supervisor to lead the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial performance. The role is 100% onsite in Valencia, California, and works closely with the Store Lead to execute sales priorities and maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example, achieving personal sales targets and coaching the team to meet daily goals.
• Use retail KPIs to identify opportunities, improve conversion rates, and increase basket size.
• Oversee daily store routines such as opening, closing, inventory checks, and POS operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or sales lead role.
• Strong consultative selling ability and passion for customer service.
• Proactive, accountable mindset with excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Interest in growing into broader retail leadership positions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Ability to generate and interpret retail reporting.
