About the role

Shapermint is expanding its physical retail presence and seeks a proactive, sales‑driven associate to deliver an empowering shopping experience. This 100% onsite, part‑time position is based in Valencia or Del Amo, California, and focuses on helping customers find products that fit their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that drive confident purchases.
• Contribute to store sales goals through consultative selling, add‑ons, and effective closing.
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, fitting rooms, replenishment, and daily operations.
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and promotions accurately while capturing customer feedback for leadership.
