About the role

Join Santander's Corporate Access team in the United States, supporting the firm’s corporate access strategy and client engagement for institutional investors and corporate clients. This role collaborates across multiple business lines to create and execute high‑impact engagement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the firm’s corporate access strategy and client engagement throughout the assigned region.
• Partner with Research, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to identify and execute strategic client engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate corporate management meetings, non‑deal roadshows, investor conferences, field trips, and thematic events.
• Develop and execute corporate access programs designed to enhance client engagement and support revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate executives, investor‑relations professionals, and institutional investors.
• Oversee event planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and post‑event analysis.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, equity research, institutional sales, investment banking, or related financial services.
