Upper Extremities Sales Representative - Southern Missouri/Illinois

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Upper Extremities Sales Representative for Southern Missouri and Illinois. This is a field-based position where you sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, becoming the resident expert in the area. You work with great intensity, organizing materials and possible solutions quickly during operating room consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Upper Extremities products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
• Manage and maintain your product inventory and assist customers whenever needed
• Provide advice and training on products and tools used in surgery
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospitals in the region
• Attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination)
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals is beneficial
• Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments
• Willingness to travel 30%

What we offer

• Base salary and draw of $50,000, with eligibility for commission and/or bonuses
