UPK Developer (Training Team, GCSS-MC)

About the role

CACI is seeking a UPK Developer to join the Training Team for the Marine Corps ERP, Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), a multi-increment program of record for Logistics Chain Management. The team is based in Stafford, Virginia, and the candidate works remotely. The role involves developing end-to-end training modules independently, with up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, record and edit complex application simulations and process flows using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)
• Produce training materials including test scripts, documentation and multi-mode learning outputs (Demo, Practice, Know It)
• Ensure content follows templates, style guides and branding standards
• Review content for accuracy, consistency and functional correctness
• Troubleshoot UPK recording issues, resolve bubble/action errors and fix branching logic or timing conflicts
• Validate documentation outputs across HTML, PDF, Word and simulation modes

Required profile

• 3-5 years of UPK development experience
• Ability to deliver end-to-end training modules independently
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• U.S. citizenship required
• Desired: familiarity with military logistics or DoD systems, knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design, 2+ years of instructor-led training delivery
