Data Integration / Replication Engineer (Oracle EBS)

About the role

CACI is hiring a Data Integration / Replication Engineer to join an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) project team supporting a Department of War multi-agency program. The engineer supports a federal client's business intelligence and data analytics needs by transforming complex financial datasets into actionable insights and modern Qlik dashboards, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain replication pipelines using GoldenGate and Qlik Replicate for Oracle EBS data assets.
• Manage data ingestion and synchronization between EBS and Advana environments.
• Monitor, tune and optimize replication performance, throughput, latency and fault tolerance.
• Troubleshoot replication issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Build and maintain operational documentation, data flow diagrams and configuration baselines.
• Collaborate with BI/reporting teams so data structures support dashboards, KPIs and analytics.
• Support federal compliance, audit readiness and data governance for financial and operational reporting.
• Coordinate upgrades, patching and environment migrations.
• Work with security teams to meet DoD cybersecurity and enclave requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five or more years of Oracle implementation and sustainment experience.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.
• Nice to have: experience with Agile/SAFE methodologies.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate and/or Qlik Replicate, including heterogeneous sources and targets, batch and real-time modes.
• Strong SQL across Oracle and cross-platform databases.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EBS data models, financial/operational modules or federal extensions.
• Experience building pipelines for BI/reporting workloads and diagnosing replication failures and data-quality issues.
• Nice to have: Advana integration (Databricks, Qlik dashboards), DoD financial management systems, and familiarity with federal EBS shared-service implementations.
