UI/UX Web Developer

About the role

CACI is seeking a UI/UX Web Developer in Bethesda to use SharePoint and other custom web development capabilities to deliver rapid prototyping of integrated web applications. The role uses standards such as REST, OData and OAuth, and applies SharePoint and web development tools, security and information management capabilities across customer platforms. It is a regular, full-time position requiring a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Key responsibilities

• Develop SharePoint applications (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, O365) from out-of-the-box to custom, maintaining lists, libraries, permissions, site structures, workflows and Microsoft best practices.
• Design and implement user-centered UI/UX aligned with business goals, and conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups and integrate data sources to build dashboards for senior management and government clients.
• Build secure applications following IC or DoD security guidelines, and ensure responsiveness and WCAG 508 compliance.
• Lead software testing, documentation and training, and collaborate with product managers, designers and developers.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience (2 extra years for AA/AS, 4 for HS diploma).
• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Experience with ITIL, high availability and enterprise infrastructure, SharePoint migrations, 508 compliance, and website design.
• Must stay on the client site during program core hours of 0900-1500.

Required skills

• SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SSRS Report Designer, and PHP (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive design; UI/UX tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma.
• Agile methodology; user-centered design and usability testing.
• Desired: ServiceNow Agile or SAFE, Python, PHP, Java, Bash, React or Angular, Azure or AWS, SQL and MySQL, and a portfolio of UI/UX work.
