UiPath Administrator (Remote)

About the role

CACI is looking for an experienced UiPath Administrator to shape and support its enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities across a complex SAP and federal technology landscape. The role keeps the UiPath platform secure, scalable and high performing, working with SAP functional teams, RPA developers, data engineers, cybersecurity and infrastructure partners. It is a full-time, regular position with a minimum Secret clearance and up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain UiPath Orchestrator (install, configure, upgrade, patch) across development, test and production
• Manage user provisioning, access controls, authentication and role-based permissions
• Configure SSO/LDAP integrations and manage UiPath licenses for robots, Orchestrator and Studio
• Monitor platform health, performance, logs and job failures, and coordinate incident resolution
• Support integrations with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ERP, BTP, Fiori, SuccessFactors) and other API/cloud data sources
• Develop governance standards for automation lifecycle, naming, documentation, security and version control
• Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on security, audit, backup, recovery and continuity
• Support asset migration, create SOPs and runbooks, and provide Tier 2/3 support and end-user training
• Collaborate with Agile delivery teams and recommend performance improvements

Required profile

• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance and ability to meet DoD 8140 requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in application administration, RPA platform support or intelligent automation administration
• Hands-on experience administering UiPath Orchestrator and supporting UiPath Studio users in an enterprise setting
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
• Understanding of federal IT security standards and ability to work in classified or controlled environments

Required skills

• UiPath Orchestrator configuration, user/security administration, robot scheduling and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ERP, BTP) and SAP-integrated automation
• Familiarity with Okta, Active Directory and SSO/LDAP

Desired: UiPath certifications, UiPath Integration Service for SAP, Okta SSO implementation, RPA in finance or supply chain, UiPath Automation Cloud, ServiceNow or Splunk, SAFe and UiPath Insights.
