Tricentis Administrator (Remote)

About the role

CACI is seeking an experienced Tricentis Administrator to support enterprise test automation and quality engineering across an SAP and federal technology landscape. The role keeps the Tricentis Tosca platform secure, stable, scalable and optimized, working with SAP experts, test engineers, cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders. The position is remote, with quarterly travel to SAFB.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Tricentis Tosca Server across development, test and production environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching and environment support.
• Manage user provisioning, authentication, permissions and access controls via Tricentis User Administration (TUA), and configure SSO/LDAP integrations and invite-based onboarding.
• Maintain authorization structures, folder-based group hierarchies, role-based access and permission inheritance for developers, testers and auditors.
• Administer licensing for Tosca Commander and Tosca Cloud License Server (15.2+), and manage LiveCompare Test Repository Cache configurations.
• Monitor performance, logs and failed executions, and support integrations between Tosca and SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors) and APIs.
• Establish platform governance for test promotion, naming conventions, documentation, version control and credential management, and partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on audit, compliance, backup and recovery.
• Manage migration of test assets and workspaces, create runbooks and support guides, provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support and create SAP Support cases through SAP for Me.
• Support license administration, collaborate with SAP consultants and developers on performance and data issues, recommend improvements, take part in release planning and give end-user training.

Required profile

• US citizenship and a Secret clearance; ability to meet DoD 8140 requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in application administration, test automation platform support or quality engineering systems administration.
• Experience administering Tricentis Tosca Server and supporting Tosca Commander users in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Tosca Server configuration, TUA, test scheduling and execution monitoring, and troubleshooting test failures.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BTP) and SAP-integrated test automation; familiarity with Okta, Active Directory and SSO/LDAP.
• Understanding of federal IT security standards and ability to work in classified or controlled environments.
• Desired: DoD/federal experience, Tricentis Tosca or SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing certification, SAP KBA guidance, cloud/hybrid Tosca experience, ServiceNow or Splunk, SAFe, and Tricentis/SAP support case creation.
